Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed and dispached within 1-3 business days.¬† After being dispached, the orders are expected to be delivered with 5-7 days in the US contiguous territories, 10-15 days Canada, 10-25 days everywhere else.¬†

  • Customers are fully responsible for customs fees, taxes, tariffs &/ or duties.¬†
  • FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INCLUDING CANADA, PLEASE PROVIDE PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT

  • We are not responsible for carriers delays (USPS, UPS FEDEX, etc.). If your order is shown as delivered, please contact your local postal office.¬†

  • Address modifications or add to order, please contact us with no more than 24h of created the order [email protected] or dm us on social media @frontierallure¬†

  • please allow us up 3 weeks to ship pre-sale orders from the moment we make them public. General orders are dispatched with 1-3 business days.¬†
  • We are NOT currently shipping to the following countries:¬†

    Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation (due to conflict in the region), Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

Returns and refunds

All sales are FINAL, Merchandise is non-refundable. Returns are allowed under the next circumstances:

  • The product was arrived broken. In this case, you must upload an unboxing video (to [email protected]) as proof of this inconvenient and return of products instructions will be send, we will issue you either a voucher, or a new bundle or proper replacement, this has send within 15 days after purchased¬†

  • shipping costs are not refundable¬†

  • If you happen to recieved a package that does not belong to you or you received the wrong order, please contact us ASAP¬† ([email protected])to rectify the issue. We may request additional information in order to act with efficiency and honesty.

  • If a package is sent back, we will contact you in order to obtain the right information. Make sure you double check your address (building, apt, unit, etc.) Frontier Allure is not responsible for wrong/insufficient addresses submitted by the client. Customer will be subject to shipping charge or in case of persistant error, Frontier Allure will issue a voucher to the customer.¬†
